Subscription Lifecycle
Your guide to managing the full subscription journey — from creation to expiration
A subscription in MyPetParlor App is an ongoing billing agreement between your business and a customer. The platform handles recurring invoicing, payment collection, and renewal automatically — so you can focus on delivering great grooming services.
This page is your starting point for everything subscription-related. Each stage of the lifecycle has its own dedicated guide.
Manage Your Subscriptions#
Subscription Dashboard#
Losing track of who's subscribed to what? The dashboard gives you a single view of every subscription — searchable, filterable, and colour-coded by state — so you always know where things stand. Learn more.
Create a Subscription#
Ready to onboard a new customer? Set up their plan, billing cycle, add-ons, and payment method in one step — recurring billing starts automatically from there. Learn more.
Change a Subscription#
Customers outgrow their current plan, or need to scale back. Upgrade, downgrade, or adjust pricing and settings — applied immediately or deferred to the next renewal — without disrupting their service. Learn more.
Pause a Subscription#
A customer going on holiday or needs a break? Pause billing instead of losing them to a cancellation. They keep access until the current period ends, and invoicing resumes automatically when the pause lifts. Learn more.
Postpone a Subscription#
Need to shift a billing date to match a customer's pay cycle or a seasonal lull? Move the next invoice date forward or back without changing the plan itself. Learn more.
Cancel or Expire a Subscription#
When it's time to part ways, keep it clean. Cancel to let the subscription run out at term end (and reactivate if they change their mind), or terminate immediately. Either way, records stay intact for your reporting. Learn more.
