Does MyPetParlor work for both mobile and parlour groomers?
Yes! MyPetParlor supports two scheduling modes — time-block scheduling for parlour bookings with fixed appointment times, and intake-time scheduling for walk-in/queue-based parlours. Mobile groomers get additional transport management, route optimization, and drive-time calculation features.
Can I manage multiple pets per booking?
Absolutely. Each booking can include multiple pets with different services, weight classes, and coat types. You can set custom pricing per pet based on breed, weight, and coat type, plus add optional extra services like nail trims or special shampoos.
What does the customer mobile app include?
The customer app (available on iOS and Android) lets pet owners book and reschedule appointments, view their pet profiles and grooming history, receive push notifications and payment reminders, and manage multiple pets — all from their phone.
