How does automated invoicing work?

When a subscription renews, MyBillingHub automatically generates a branded invoice with your company details, tax IDs, and custom prefix (e.g. INV-0001). The invoice is emailed to the customer and optionally CC/BCC'd to your finance team. You can configure internal, external, or no invoicing per entity.

What payment methods do you support?

We integrate with Paystack for card payments (Visa, Mastercard, Amex) and support EFT/bank transfer as a manual payment method. Paystack handles PCI DSS compliance — card details are tokenised and never stored on your servers. Settlement is in ZAR with daily reports via webhooks.

How does smart dunning work?

When a charge fails, MyBillingHub automatically retries daily during a configurable grace period (default 3 days). The customer receives email notifications at each step. If payment is not recovered, the subscription is paused — no data is deleted, and the customer can reactivate by updating their payment method.

Can I manage multiple business entities?

Yes. Each entity has its own company name, address, billing contact, VAT number, registration number, invoicing mode, invoice prefixes, and payment gateway configuration. This is ideal for franchises, holding companies, or businesses with multiple brands.

Do you integrate with accounting software?

MyBillingHub integrates with Xero and Sage. Draft invoices are created for EFT orders, and approved invoices with receipts are created for card payments. Active links from the dashboard, customer profiles, and transaction screens link directly to your Xero/Sage records.
