How does the appointment booking system work?
MyBeautySalon uses a 6-step guided wizard: select customer, location, therapist(s), services/products, date/time, and notes. The system checks real-time therapist availability, prevents conflicts, and shows running totals in a sticky sidebar summary. Walk-in mode and recurring appointments are also supported.
What's included in the POS system?
The POS includes session-based till management, barcode/SKU product scanning, cash/card/EFT payment methods, change calculation, void support, and Z-readings for end-of-day reconciliation. Each location has its own till with manager sign-off requirements.
Can I manage inventory and stock levels?
Yes. Track products with barcode/SKU, manage per-location inventory quantities, set low-stock thresholds for alerts, record stock movements (receipts, adjustments, transfers between locations), and choose between weighted average or FIFO costing methods.
Do you support multiple salon locations?
Absolutely. Manage multiple locations with per-location operating hours, pricing overrides for both services and products, location-specific inventory, POS sessions, and therapist assignments. Each therapist can work at multiple locations with a primary location flag.
