Welcome to MyMicroFinance

Get oriented in MyMicroFinance — what applicants and staff each see, how the dashboard works, and where every part of the loan origination journey lives.

MyMicroFinance runs your loan origination end to end — applicants apply in the app or over WhatsApp, staff review and decide, and settings shape what can be applied for. This article gives you the lie of the land.

Two Kinds of Users#

  • Applicants (customers) apply for loans and track their applications.
  • Staff carry Owner, Admin, or Employee roles and see the admin side — applicants, the review queue, WhatsApp channels, and settings.

The app adapts automatically: the same Dashboard link shows an applicant their own activity, and shows staff an organisation-wide origination overview.

Finding Your Way Around#

The Dashboard#

For applicants: your profile summary, counts of your applications and any that are in review or need document attention, your recent applications, and a "Next best action" card that tells you what to do next — usually Start application or fixing a flagged document.

For staff: the Origination overview — how many applicants and recent applications you're monitoring, counts for In review, Invalid docs, and Resolved, the latest review activity, and a Next best action card that deep-links into the review queue when applications need attention.

Where to Go Next#
