Track Your Application and Fix Documents

Follow your loan application from submission to decision — search and filter your applications, read the status timeline, and replace any documents a reviewer has marked invalid.

4 min read

Once your application is in, everything you need to follow it lives in two places: the My Applications list and each application's detail page. This article shows you how to read both — and what to do when a document is sent back.

The My Applications List#

Select My Applications in the sidebar. Every application you've submitted appears with:

ColumnWhat it shows
ApplicantYour name as captured on the application.
ApplicationThe application's ID.
ChannelWhere it was created — in the app or over WhatsApp.
AmountThe requested amount.
SubmittedWhen it was submitted.
StatusThe current status badge.
DocumentsHow many documents are attached.
Review itemsA warning badge with the number of open items needing your attention.

Use the search box to find an application by name, email, phone, or application ID, and the Filters button to narrow the list by status. Active filters show as badges with a Reset to clear them.

The Application Detail Page#

Select any application to open its detail. The header shows your name, the submission date, the current status badge, and — if it came in over WhatsApp — a channel badge.

The detail page lays out everything you submitted: an Application summary (amount, term, contact details), the Fees your lender applies with plain-language descriptions, your submitted personal, employer, bank, and next-of-kin information, and your Documents with download links.

The Status Timeline#

Select Status timeline in the header to open the workflow history. Each event shows the status it moved to, when, an explanatory message, and who made the change — a staff member, you, or System for automatic transitions.

If you're ever unsure why your application is where it is, the timeline is the first place to look.

When a Document Is Marked Invalid#

If a reviewer finds a problem — a blurry ID copy, a payslip that doesn't match — they mark that document invalid, and your application's status changes to Invalid. You'll see exactly what needs fixing:

  1. Open the application detail. A Document actions card appears whenever something needs your attention.
  2. Each affected document shows the reviewer's reason under "Replacement required".
  3. Select Replace document, choose the new file (PDF, JPG, or PNG up to 5MB), and upload. You'll see "Replacement document uploaded." when it lands.

The same card also handles documents that never finished uploading during submission — those show Upload document instead.

Once your replacements are in, the review continues and a staff member moves your application to Resolved — from there it heads back into normal processing toward a decision.

What the Statuses Mean for You#

InvalidReplace the flagged documents as described above.
