Plans dashboard
Browse your plan catalogue, open plan details, create new plans, and switch to the Plan Groups tab — all from the Plans dashboard.
The Plans dashboard is the home of your subscription catalogue. It lists every plan you have created, with its pricing and terms at a glance, and gives you a second tab for managing plan groups.
To open it, select Plans in the main navigation.
Viewing Your Plans#
The Plans tab displays your catalogue with the following columns:
| Column | Description |
|---|---|
| Name | The plan's display name. Click it to open the plan's full details. |
| Code | The unique plan code used to identify the plan across subscriptions, invoices, and reports. |
| Price | The amount charged per billing interval, shown with the currency and interval (for example, R450 ZAR/month). |
| Term | The subscription term the plan defines — how many billing cycles a subscription runs for. |
| Setup Fee | The once-off fee charged on a subscription's first invoice, if the plan has one. |
| Trial | The free-trial length in days or months, or No trial if the plan starts billing immediately. |
The list is paginated — use the pager at the bottom of the list to move between pages.
Plan codes are your best friend for keeping a growing catalogue organised. Use a consistent scheme (for example groommonthly, groomdeluxe) so plans are easy to identify at a glance and easy to reconcile in exports and reports.
Opening Plan Details#
Click a plan's name to open its details page. From there you can review the plan's identity, trial, pricing, billing configuration, and add-ons, and make changes.
Creating a Plan#
Click Create at the top of the Plans tab to start the guided create-plan form. The full walkthrough — identity, trial, pricing model, setup fees, and add-ons — is covered in Create a plan.
The Plan Groups Tab#
The dashboard has two tabs, each with a count badge:
- Plans — the full plan catalogue, described above.
- Plan Groups — named collections of related plans, typically used to define an upgrade/downgrade ladder.
Switch to the Plan Groups tab to create and manage groups. See Plan groups for the details.
