What is a Team?

MyPetParlor App organizes bookings into dedicated spaces called teams. Teams bring order and clarity to work - you can create them for any mobile or parlor team. With the right people and information in one place, teams can manage bookings, make decisions and move work forward.

Mobile vs. parlor teams#

In MyPetParlor App, teams can be mobile or parlor.

• Mobile teams support functionality focused on the mobile grooming experience. It is for your mobile grooming teams traveling to and from each customer and providing them with your services at their requested location.
• Parlor teams are meant for the local parlor experience that has a fixed-location. It is for your parlor grooming teams at your brick-and-mortar location serving customers from a single fixed-location.

Team tips and best practices#

• Inherit from profiles, as much as possible, to decrease the need to update multiple teams to change the same information.
• Make sure the teams you create or maintain have a clear name and description so that people understand what they're meant for.
• Disable teams when they're no longer needed.
