Manage Vouchers

Track voucher usage from the dashboard, edit limits and descriptions, duplicate vouchers between teams, and disable a voucher when a promotion ends.

The Vouchers dashboard is where you track how promotions are performing and keep your voucher catalogue tidy — editing limits, duplicating codes, and switching vouchers off when a campaign ends.

The Vouchers Dashboard#

The vouchers list showing code, discount, usage, limits, and expiry columns

Open Vouchers in the navigation. Every voucher in the team is listed:

ColumnWhat it shows
CodeThe voucher code — click through to the detail page.
DiscountThe discount the voucher grants.
Total usageHow many times the voucher has been redeemed so far.
Usage limit per accountThe per-account cap, if set.
Usage limitThe overall cap, if set.
Enabled?Whether the voucher can currently be redeemed.
Expires?Whether the voucher carries an expiry date.
Expires atThe expiry date, when one is set.

From here you can Create a new voucher or Duplicate Voucher to copy an existing one.

The Voucher Detail Page#

Open any voucher to see its detail page. At the top, three tiles summarise the numbers that matter:

  • Total usage — the total number of times the voucher has been used.
  • Usage limit — the total number of times the voucher can be used.
  • Usage by customer limit — the number of times a single customer can use it.

Use Copy URL in the header to grab a direct link when handing a voucher over to a teammate.

Below the stats sits the edit form.

Edit a Voucher#

Most of a voucher stays editable after creation:

  • discount value or percentage;
  • usage limits (including removing a limit entirely);
  • expiry date and whether it expires;
  • enabled state;
  • eligible plans;
  • hosted page and invoice descriptions.

Changes save with "Voucher updated successfully."

Duplicate a Voucher#

Duplicate Voucher (from the dashboard) copies an existing voucher's configuration into a new code — pick the team and the source voucher, adjust what differs, and save. It's the quickest way to:

  • run the same promotion again with a fresh code;
  • roll a proven voucher out to another team;
  • create seasonal variants of a standard discount.

Disable a Voucher#

To end a promotion, open the voucher and switch Enabled? off. The voucher can no longer be redeemed anywhere.

To stop…Do this
All future redemptionsDisable the voucher (or let its expiry date pass).
One account's active discountDeactivate that redemption on the account.

Keep an Eye on Usage#

Total usage climbing towards the usage limit means the promotion is about to sell out — decide in good time whether to raise the limit or let it lapse. Individual account activity lives on each account's Voucher Redemptions page, including the total value Discounted per redemption.
