Account Dashboard

Use the account dashboard to search for accounts, open account details, and review billing activity from one place.

3 min read

The Account Dashboard is the workspace your team uses to find accounts and review customer billing activity. It starts with the account list and continues into the account detail page, where subscriptions, invoices, line items, transactions, credits, and address information are grouped under the selected account.

Account List#

The account list is designed for quick lookup. Use it when you need to find a customer billing record before reviewing invoices, subscriptions, or transactions.

The list supports:

  • Search by name, email, company, or account code.
  • A Filters button with an active filter count when filters are applied.
  • A Reset action when search or filters are active.
  • Active pills that show the current search or filter state.
  • Sortable columns for Name, Email Address, Company, and Created.
  • Pagination at the list boundary.
  • A create-account action where your role has permission to add accounts.

List Columns#

ColumnWhat it shows
NameThe account holder or customer name. This is the main link into the account detail view.
Email AddressThe account email used for billing and invoice communication.
CompanyThe company name, where the account is used for business billing.
CreatedThe date the account was created.

Opening an Account#

Select an account row to open its detail dashboard. The account detail page is the best place to answer billing questions such as:

  • Which subscriptions belong to this customer?
  • Which invoices are open, paid, credited, or refunded?
  • What transactions have been recorded?
  • Does the account have a balance or credit available?
  • Which address and tax details are attached to this billing record?

Account Detail Cards#

The account detail dashboard can show several cards and related lists, depending on the data available for the account.

Search and Filters#

Use search for direct lookup by visible account identity fields. Use filters when you need to narrow the list by structured criteria exposed in the filter panel.

When a search or filter is active, the dashboard shows the active criteria as pills. Use Reset to clear the list state and return to the default account list.

Current Product Notes#

The account dashboard is feature-complete for day-to-day account discovery and billing review. Some account data exists in the shared model or backend but is not yet fully surfaced in the dashboard as a dedicated editor, including acquisition data, account notes, account link settings, and full wallet/payment-method management.

For the account fields themselves, see Account Settings. For stored billing-info and wallet planning, see Account Wallet.
