Versioning

The API is versioned by release. The version currently served is always shown in the API reference.

Scheme#

Releases use semantic versioning (MAJOR.MINOR.PATCH). The read-only surface changes on MINOR and PATCH; MAJOR signals breaking changes.
The reference reflects the deployed version — you do not pin a version in the URL.

Breaking changes#

Note

Breaking changes are recorded in the changelog and, where practical, introduced behind a new field or endpoint before the old one is removed. Read the changelog before upgrading a client.
