Mobile vs. parlor teams


In MyPetParlor App, teams can be mobile or parlor.

  • Mobile teams support functionality focused on the mobile grooming experience. It is for your mobile grooming teams traveling to and from each customer and providing them with your services at their requested location.

  • Parlor teams are meant for the local parlor experience that has a fixed-location. It is for your parlor grooming teams at your brick-and-mortar location serving customers from a single fixed-location.
