Pending reminders are seamlessly added to the Azure Service Bus queue and scheduled for processing at the designated future date and time. Recognizing that schedules can change, the system allows for pending reminders to be easily rescheduled or removed as needed. Once a reminder has been successfully sent ("Completed") or if an issue prevents delivery ("Failed"), it can no longer be removed, providing a clear audit trail of communication efforts.

Successful and Failed Reminders
A "Completed" status confirms that a booking reminder was successfully delivered to the customer associated with the appointment. In the event of a failure, the system provides detailed information to aid in diagnosing the problem, including the "Last Attempted" time, the number of "Attempts" made, and specific "Details" such as "0 push notifications succeeded," offering valuable insights into why a reminder might not have been delivered.
